My mom died march 20 2002 and I found out she owed a tone of money and asn her son how do I gfo about getting this unclaimed money

If she owed money, maverick, how do you think she had 'unclaimed money'? Or do you mean she was 'owed a ton of money'?

IF you're the executor of the estate, you SUE the people who owe your mom money. If you're NOT, whoever is should sue.

Did your MOTHER owe money and someone wants you to pay it?

Or does someone owe money to her?

If she died in 2002 the debts may very well be out of Statute (depending on the type of debt) and you cannot legally collect now nor can the creditor(s) collect from her.
