Hi and thanks you ahead of time,

I have a air unit that have been told that it is low on freon and when you try to add it won't take the gas and have ask why? And don't get a answer... is it the compressor or what any help is greatly appericated . The units will run all day when it is hot . So if any one can assist me .

Well if you coil is still froze it will take the freon but not show up. How is your air filter? And yes also if your compresser is not pumping right it will not take freon and the pressures will be all messed up. Could also be as simple as a bad shrader valve. Why did you not get a answer? Did they not have a answer or just would not tell you?
