I have gotten my period twice within two weeks what could this mean

Could just be an off cycle for a number of reasons... stress, recent illness, etc. or no apparent reason at all. Are you on birth control pills by chance? They can sometimes cause some irregular bleeding for some women every once in awhile.

If you continue to have irregular cycles, check with your doctor.
