I have many credit cards and I have been paying them but now I am unable to pay any of ttem because of the overlimit fee and late fee. I am completely bankcrupt and I am getting threating calls from these banks. I have been using these credit cards for more than five years and I have so far paid 5 to 6 times the limit of my cards. Can the bank sue me and what is the remedy

I guess your spending got out of hand. I don't know why anyone would have MANY credit cards. It isn't free money. Now its payback time and yes they can come after you to pay. The remedy is settling with your debts, cutting up your credit cards and pay with cash only.
