    You can increase the water level in your bowl by increasing the exit waste angle I hope this helps

    There are adjustment screws on fill valve. If you tell me what kind of fill valve you have - or post a photo of it - I will tell you how to increase water level. In the meantime: it is not a good idea to bend float arm to raise water lever.

    You said BOWL. If you meant bowl, you can't. The water level of the bowl is a function of the design of the toilet.
