I was steal something from store and got caught. They called police and the thing cost about $200. I am 36 years old and this is my first time. What is going happen to me? Do I go to jail for this or do I get fine? Thank You!

If it was that easy, they'd get rid of judges and just look stuff up in a book. If the judge is a mean SOB, you'll go to jail. If he's a nice guy, you'll get probation.
