I have a painted iron chair that is outside, located on a cement patio.
When it rains, I have rust marks on the cement where the legs contact the ground.
Is there a solution to this problem?

Glue rubber pads on bottom of legs.

I agree but you can use Whink to remove the rust on the concrete. Iron legs on concrete will always rust without something like Creahands suggests.
I would highly recommend replacing iron rusted railings with aluminum railings.. No matter how well you prep/prime and rustolem rusted iron rails will eventually surface rust again. Totally your call though!hey ballenger!. it's been awhile good buddy! Hope all is well!
Hey jon, alls well. I think this is a cahir and not a railing.
