I just bought a R4 upgrade revaltion and I put the software on and every time I try to load there's a redbox with ?menu inside I want to know if anyone has the same problem and knoows how to get it to work?

I had this problem, you are using the wrong firmware. The official site has version 1.18 on but you want to use version 1.09b this is the firmware I have been using with no problems. You can get it from Digital Kaos - Downloads - DS
