He pays childsupport he has visitation right and I have custody he's changed his number and I have no way of getting up with him he refuses to give me his new number the only ways is with his girlfriend which we do not get along and she has nothing to do with our son as far as I'm concern and I've told her don't call me I won't answer then he says he will call from a payphone or private in which too I don't answer. His visiation is everyother weekend. He only gets him when its convient to him i.e. when him and his girlfriend are fighting he calls trying to work things out with me and we do family things together. He has no crib does not have the right carseat its to small for our son. No clothes I have to provide them plus diapers wipes formula and bottles and when he was on babyfood I had to provide that . My son is 11 months old how long until I have no contact can I file for adandoment in my sons 11 months with out my vision and us doing things together he's only seen him 4 times that's including 2 times over night. What are virginia laws and what can I do about the things he does not provide did I forget to mention he lives in a 2 bedroom apt which he is not on the lease for his girlfriend is she has a 10 year old daughter she has primary custody of and pregnant. Again and due in November and this daddy has our son plus another almost 4 yr old son and his friend living on the couch. Is this considered an unsafe place to live unstable and what can I do about adandoment

No, he is paying child support plus it is only used in civil court for changing custody agreement or visitation charges.

It appears you already have physcial and legal custody. And he only has visits that he isnot using.

So don't let the child go without a car seat, just document it,
If he does not have supplies, document it, and take him back to court to make his visits supervised.
