I am on probation for a felony and I unfortunately have another felony to deal with and is there any way that I can get a 2nd chance on probation?

You do realize that you violated your probation getting arrested again. You will have to inform your PO of this new charge (or that will be another violation if you don't) and attend a probation violation hearing. At that hearing your judge will determine your punishment. You could be sentenced to do your entire probation time in jail. You could be sentenced to jail time and more probation. It's really hard to tell what your judge will decide. What does your attorney say about this?

I do realize that & my Po knows and I have a bond I am going to do a walk through and still go to the hearing when ever I have it. My attorney I am seeing Monday but I was wondering if it was possible if that they give 2nd chances or do I have to talk to the judge and see what he says? I have been told a few things and they are all different

It is possible, many do, it will all depend on what all of the felonies are for, if the judge feels you are just not learning a lesson, you can't ever tell

I was a probation officer in Maryland for seven years and in my state, and those with which I am familiar, you have not violated probation unless you get convicted of a new charge while on probation. The reasoning is that if you are charged with something, there was probable cause to believe you did it, but until you are found guilty, you have not been legally proven to have done it. The charges could be dropped. Ask your PO about this. It is quite likely that you would get jail time if you are convicted of a new charge, but, of course, this is up to the judge.

A lot of people will give answers to questions of this type without any experience in the field. It took me two months of schooling in a state facility to learn this stuff.

Yup! And I had to score 100 percent on each test!! If I didn't I had to take it again. It was worse than the dang military. Except I didn't have to crawl around in the mud...
