What you need is an attorney. Adoption is a complex legal process and you really want to make sure everything is done right. This is not a matter of filing paperwork. So you want an attorney to prepare the paperwork for you.

You will have to get the father and mother to relinquish their rights for a Family court. If you don't want the parents to show up someday and claim the child this has to be done right.

You really can't do ANY paperwork before the baby is born. That's one of the ways they protect birthmothers in this county--they let them see and hold a real, live baby rather than the idea that they've been pregnant with, before allowing them to sign ANYTHING about rights or custody.
