I just had a miscariage on march 5th and my husband and I have been trying again my nipples are tender and I have not had my period yet could I be pregnant again? My hormone levels where 6.5 on tues the 5th and by that Friday they had dropped to 2.5 is that possible to be pregnant so soon?

It's possible... remember you will usually ovulate before you have a period so, while not the norm as it usually takes a bit of time, it is possible to go straight from a miscarriage to another pregnancy without having a period between.
Might also be that the soreness is due to ovulation or your period finally getting ready to start before too long.
