I'm 9 weeks pregnant, had light brown spotting earlier in the week now over night I had bleeding, bright red with some particles with cramps, not a lot of cramps but similar to mestral cramps. I have an apt with my dr at 11:30, has anyone else experienced this and had everything be OK?

That happened to me. I was about 8 weeks though. My doc sent me for an ultrasound right away, and saw that the baby was fine. I continued to have bleeding until I was about 11 weeks... now I am 31 weeks and the baby seems just fine. I hope that everything is OK for you as well.
