I would measure across your thermals on the duct work. You should read zero volts as they are supposed to be closed. If 1 is open, it will read voltage. Unit must be running at time of test. If no electrical or appliance experience, then this is what a Tech might do.
My guess is that either the thermal fuse has blown, or your heating element has burned out.
Here is a link that may prove useful.
If not the fuse, then the element itself may be burned out. This can also be easily checked with a ohmmeter. Or visually sometimes.
The thermal fuse is generally really easy to replace; the element is a little more work but still doable for someone handy.
