Can a corrective deed be issued 55 years later?

A corrective deed is usually understood to be one which simply corrects a mutual typographical error. If it is acceptable to the grantee, those in privity with the grantee, I can think of no reason why it would not be allowed. But you should consult an attorney to determine how to go about this.
