First step - hire a lawyer. Second step - do whatever he and the agency responsible tells you to do.

If its even possible at this point.

More details as to why, how long ago and what happened to your child(ren) after your rights were terminated would really help.

It pretty much is impossible to get your rights back once they are terminated.

It all depends on if they were taken away till you get your priorities as a parent in order, or if they were terminated for good. If you let us in on your story we may be able to help you;)

If they terminate rights and do not give visitations I really don't think there is anything you can do.
If the kid is older and they give you visitations then when they are 15 or 16 it is possible to get extended visitations. Then after they are 18 they can have their name changed back and do whatever.

I am sure that once rights are terminated they can't be reversed.

hire a lawyer if dfcs took your rights work whatever case plan they wanted you to work on your own document everything you do take classes take random drug test at your own expense go to meeting find respectable people to go to court with you as character witnesses have your lawyer petition the court once all of that is done are they adopted or with family

They give you so much time to have already done their compliance's of their case plan before terminating rights.
Then when the time is up they say you weren't pro active if you haven't complied. Then they terminate rights. Then it is about impossible to get any rights back. If they were going to give you any rights I am sure they would have included them in the termination terms.

First who took the rights away.

Did you sig over rights to allow an adoption ? Did family services take them away because of something you did.

Without Knowing why the OP lost her rights there is no way to know what chances the OP has og=f gaining her rights. As I noted, the OP has not returned to provide more info. Therefore, any further advice is a waste of time.
