    Custody change to father
I'm a fifteen year old and I wanted to know what the chances are of me winning if I took my mom to court to go and live with my dad. I will take her to court if it comes down to it but I don't want it to. Ive tried to talk her into letting me but she won't. The reason I want to do this is she always complains about how I screw up and keep her down and all the other things, I'm not making this up either, I think it would make both our lives ten times better if this were to happen but see sees my dad as an unfit father and he's not. He has the same morals as her and works just as hard. I would like as full of an answer as possible please. Thank you

You can't take her to court.
Your father can file in court for a change in custody.

Like Chuck said, YOU cannot take her to court. Your father would have to go to court and file for a change of custody. In the proceedings, your opinion may be heard by the judge, but ultimately it is up to the court to decide what is best for you.

Yes you need to talk to your dad about this.
Does your dad have a custody order from the court where you get visits with him?
Unfortunately moms telling kids they messed up their life isn't enough to call them unfit so at most the Judge might give your dad more visitations than what you already get with him if your dad doesn't already have a visitation order.

Talk to your dad it's the only way you are going to get anywhere.
