    Replumbing an old spa
Hi I have recently inherited a old princess spa from my father. The spa would not hold temp it would go really really high then shut off. I went to my local spa store and they said bring them the thermal part I did and they matched it up with one they had. I paid 87 dollars for this pieces. I got it home put it in heard snap crackle and pop and the rice crispy guys did not show up. The spa does not work at all now. Can I just buy a whole new package for the under plumbing? How much does that run and where can I get the stuff I need? I would love to get this going again any suggetions on a way to do this would be great. I am in hendersonville North Carolina if anyone needs that info.

You can upgrade your spa doing the work yourself. If your hearing those crackling sounds, that is not a good sign at all. I would recommend replacing the spa controller or referred to as a heat pack sometimes. It will cost you in the range of $200 - $500. This website has everything you need, including step by step instructions for your spa. http://www.spadepot.com/ for the step by step go to http://www.spadepot.com/hot-tub-spa-information.htm .Always include your Spa model number in future questions.
