I'm trying to remember the name of this movie. All I can remember is it's an 80's fantasy possible in late 70's, It's sort of like the wizard of Oz. It has a teenage girl in it and at the end of the movie, it has manikin looking heads in cases, and a windmill at the end when the credits start to come up. Sorry for not having much detail, I watched the movie when I was 4 and I'm 26 now.loll If you could help I would appreciate it.;)
