    Paypal prize-45M
    I have received a mail saying that I have won Euro 45 million as Paypal European Bonanza from LIBERTY SEGUROS S. A. Madrid. They ask me for my bank details.
    What surprises is why Paypal hasn't informed me of it, though I am one of my registered customers?http://
    Is it a big fraud?

    Things to realize to determine if it is a scam or not
    1. they want your bank info / or money upfront
    SCAM
    2. Paypal site not advertising or acknowledging contest
    SCAM
    3. Their contact info not same as Paypals contact info
    SCAM
    4. The mail you got has no website or their website is not part of Paypal
    SCAM
    5. Contacting Paypal and they say it is not something they are doing
    SCAM
