Is he a single father, is this on vacations, is it during a storm ?
My son gets scared in storm and wants to come into bed.

Maybe he is the 12 year old daughter and is asking if this is normal.

If the father is not married and has the sole custody of the daughter, hell... this looks slightly to me.

If the house is so small and the guy is poor, they can sleep in the same room but not same bed.

My daughter sleeps with me and her dad. So try, if she sleeps in her own bed she will get a dollar.
