Splicing Solenoid Wires on Sprinkler Valve
    Hi All,

    Here's a quick question:

I just replaced three sprinkler anti-siphon valves in my yard. The directions that came with the new valves did not give specific information on how to splice the solenoids on the valves.

I know which wires needs to be hooked up, but what is the best way to splice these together for outdoor weatherproofing? Electrical tape? Something else?

    Thanks!

They make small weatherproof wirenuts you can buy.The wirenuts have a compound in them to keep moisture out.
