    Looking for a thief
I need help! Can someone tell me how can I find a person who owes me money? This person has changed his numbers, his e-mail addresses and his location. I don't know where he is. I went to my local small claims court office and found out I can't file with them because the amount I loaned out exceeds the limitation. I do have a Driver's License on him, but he may have moved to another state and received another number. I know the company he works for, but I don't know what state he's in. I need to locate this man so I can have court papers serve to him. Can I do all the necessary paper work myself to find him, or do I need to hire a PI or a lawyer? And how can I collect my money?

Yes, you need to hire a PI and then try and collect in small claims. How money does he owe you ? Is this feasible ? It will cost a lot to hire someone to find him.

Since he owes you more than the small claims allows, one of two things, sue only for the amount that small claims allows, or hire an attorney and file in regular court, ( normally what you have to do) once in court, you can request information from drivers bureau, request info from place of business as to his location.
