I don't know if this question is being posted in the right place, but I think a Dj Mac 10 is a machine. What is it exactly?

The reference I found in Google was to a Rapper

A 'mac 10' is a type of gun (specifically a machine gun) whereas 'mack ten' is an african-american rapper as Colorado found (dumb !) and in your question u referred to 'dj mac 10' instead of mac 10 accidentally so you will find dj mac 10 is an asian-british dj who makes remixes of music (as you will find on youtube)
