I can't seem to remember the title of this movie. I watched it as a child and haven't seen it since. Its about a group of dogs that transport using a key. They can create doors in mid air. They end up making friends with a young boy and he helps them get back to their world. When they are rubbed on their heads things can float and fly. Some how this big orange dumb creature and in one scene they ride it using a carrot. I remember a library floating and bad guys after them.
If someone can help me figure out what the title of this movie is, I can stop racking my brain!! THANKS:)

It was called DISNEYS FLUPPY DOGS and was a 1 hour TV special.
