    How can I get my husband in the U.S
    I am 18 andim a naturalized citizen . I got married in Mexico in March 2009. My Husband came to the U.S illegally so he could be here when our son was born in 2006 and he left to see his family in 2008 no he was not deported and has no criminal record :) he is now in Mexico and I am in the U.S expecting our second child I am 14 weeks pregnant and have a 2 year old son :) and I do not have a job and would like to get my husband a.s.a.p so we can start a life together its hard being so far apart. My husband and I have been together since 2005. Please help me thank you

    You need to file the K-3 visa for the spouse of a USC. It requires the I-130 to be filed, then the I-129F with the I-130 receipt notice.

    Please note, you must not make any misrepresentation. If the forms or the CONOFF asks about his entry to the US (how can you have a child with him if he was not in the US), you should tell the truth and apply for a waiver.

    You will need a joint sponsor if you are not working and otherwise do not meet the asset test for the affidavit of support.

    You need to consult with an experienced immigration attorney.
