Ive Been On The Depo Shot For 3months Now And Occasionally I Have Some Spotting Sometimes Bad Ones And Recently I Have Been Feeling Sick, Really Down, Can't Eat Much Cause Wna Throw Up, Not Sleeping Well Either Could I Be Pregnant?:(

Are you due soon for your next injection or did you just get it? Irregular bleeding is not unusual with depo provera. Pregnancy is possible, but it might also just be a side effect to the injection or simply a stomach virus.

If you continue to feel unwell, check with your doctor.

You could try a test and see what results you get. Have you had periods while on the injection? If so, have you missed any yet?

Maybe try a test, it will ease your concerns one way or the other, and then see how you feel over the next few days. If you feel worse or it doesn't change after a few days, see your doctor.
