    Why does my computer run so much processes in the windows task manager
    I don't know what's wrong with my computer but is running 82 or sometimes 84 processes

    It depends, do you have any programs open? For instance right now I have IE and Adode open and my task manager shows 44 programs running.

    A lot are background programs that are part of windows, but some can be viruses, spyware etc. You can get a free spyware scanner at avg.com that might clean up a few programs that are spyware.
