    Single faucet, no hot water
We have a Moen single handle faucet for the tub/shower in the guest bath. When you turn the faucet to hot, the water drops off to little or no flow. I only found out about it because our guests this weekend complained that there was no hot water. The house is just over 2 years old and I know that the faucet did work before. I tried to blow out the line with air from the faucet to where I opened the incoming hot water line in the basement. I thought that perhaps the line got cloged somehow. That did not help.
The literature for the faucet is for model numbers TL181, TL182, TL183, TL191.
Any ideas as to what may have gone wrong?
    Thanks

Keep in mind that Moen has a lifetime warranty if it comes to that. Shut off your supply to both hot and cold, then remove the cartridge. I think you have debris blocking your hot inlet. Here are several Moen tutorials that should help you remove the cartrdige. Installation Help / Animated Tutorials for Moen Faucets

    Hello Xetro,

Ballengerb1 is correct, there may be dirt in your faucet or in the cartridge, shutoff the water to the shower, remove the cartridge, clean the cartridge open the link below will tell you how to clean the cartridge, turn on the water for a second to flush all the debris out of the faucet, for removal follow Animated Turorials for moen faucet as Bob have posted for you above, also you can call Moen for replacement, Your faucet take P/N 1222 cartridge, Good Luck.
