    Weight Loss
Hey I'm a 14 year old 5'9 240 pound girl and I need help on how to lose weight over the summer for high school. Im afraid of what people will say to me in high school. I have people here that tease me and make jokes and it makes me mad I just want it to stop.
So does anyone have any tricks on how to help me? I have to months to lose some weight and I would love if some people can help me.

In my experience people in high school are nicer.
To lose weight you'll need to exercise more and consume less calories. Try eating more 'real' food instead of overly processed food. More fruits and vegetables. Chicken and fish are good meats to eat.
I do not recommend diet pills. The only ones that work cost at leaste a hundred dollars a bottle. And can have bad side effects.
    Good luck!

Megan is correct. Stay away from anything fried, or anything with a lot of sugar. Make sure you eat balanced meals, don't eat late at night before bed. If you are really out of shape, try just walking for a while. If you can get on a treadmill walk on a high incline. Do some at-home work out videos. These can be hard while starting.. but don't give up. If you can't keep up with them; just jog in place to keep moving.

Drink LOTS of water, stay away from sugary juices. Try to work out 3-5 times a week. It can be better if you just do a lot of activities... swim, hike, play a sport. Just keep as active as possible and weight will come off naturally.
