Being emancipated at 16 because of being pregnant but is already supporting herself?
    I am 16 and pregnant.
I want to get emancipated because it will be for the better,my parents are on depression drugs and I don't want to have a kid in the home of depression but I been supporting myself for years now.And I have people to help with money and housing.I have a stable head and still want to continue everything I do but harder because now it's a kid being invovled. But what's my possibility be emancipated in California. I seen a lot of people say the juudge won't even look your way. What should I do?

You go down to Family Court and ask what the requirements are for emancipation and what the process is. Then you prepare your case showing that you will be able to support yourself.

However, I have to say that's a long shot. Being able to support yourself, which means providing you and your baby with shelter, food and health care, with a baby is not going to be easy.
