Water valve from the wall leaks?
I have a toilet that does not flush all the way. I tried to repair it but it still does not flush all the way. I followed the directions of turning the water off and as soon as I turned the water back on it started to leak from the nob where I turned it off at... please tell me I can fix this and how??

After you have stop the leak around the valve stem come back and tell what your toilet is doing.

Good advice along with a excellent image by "The Widget Majer". Open the valve up until it begains to leak around the stem. Now, simply snug the packing nut up until the leak stops. Do not overtighten. Good luck, Tom
