My wife owns a fitness center and her computer has to have two monitors. The board went bad and I can't find the exact replacement. It's a MSI 8959-010 Geforce FX5700LE Video card. The motherboard is a MSI - MS 6734-10 and I'm not sure what I need for a replacement. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

MSI's site lists two boards with the MS-6734 model number, a KM4M-L, and a KM4AM-L. Both boards support PCI and AGP adapter cards and also have onboard integrated graphics. AGP would be the best interface choice for a video card. The challenge may be finding a card with the desired features in an AGP format. The industry is transitioning to PCI Express format interfaces (PCIe) and AGP availability is waning on the most current whiz-bang cards.

Most current AGP format cards with dual monitor capability would be physically compatible (exception is if low profile card is needed). Additional information about what the card will be displaying (3D graphics?), how it is being used in a multi-monitor situation (kiosk?), distance from the computer to the monitors, the analog or digital signal interfaces available on the connected monitor models, and the operating system in use would be helpful in garnering specific recommendations here.

Another option would be to use the onboard graphics, if adequate for task, and use a video signal duplicator or VGA splitter if both monitors will be displaying the same information.

Scleros, Thanks for the help, I can tear down and rebuild a 100 ton AC unit blindfolded but I don't know much about computer video boards. The two monitors are less than five feet from the computer. The two will have different views but I don't believe they need to be 3D. The go-figure software says it requires even a PCI or AGP Dual Video Card. Thanks again for your help...

Any two connector card in the link above appears to satisfy these igoFigure System Requirements. If the card has VGA and DVI connectors an adapter can be used. I think your old card was of that configuration as well.
