I want to get a tattoo but I'm only 16 and so I was wondering gin the sate of Minnesota can I get a tattoo if my parent is with me and if shse saying I can get the tattoo.

I believe you can get a tattoo with your parents permission at age 16.

Depends on state law. I'm from Wisconsin - my dad was going to let me get a tattoo at 17 but the tattoo parlor refused. So I waited another 8 months and got one on my own :)
