Theft under - section 334(b) CC
I received a summons to appear for finger printing on June 2 and court on June 6 for an incident that apparently took place on or around March 6, 2009. The summons doesn't state where this crime apparently took place and I was never caught, held or anything else by anyone or business. How should I handle this? Shouldn't I at least know my accuser?
    Please advise. Thank you!

And you will in court. Right now you are in the process of being charged.

So are you saying you never stole anything so you can't tell where this could be or perhaps you have stole so many things that you don't know which one actually caught you onn film or something?

And of course someone else may have been caught, and they lied about who they are and they said they were you.

I would have an attorney review this but in the end the fight will be in court.

Charged with theft and assault . Wife and I were argueing and daughter came out with comuter camer and told her to get it out of my face and to put in her room and she says is that a threat that should be enough. Then she went to bathroom and the wife and I carried on argueing and son held above his head in the hall way so I walked over and grabed it out of his hands. Daughter came out of bathroom jumped on my back so I held on tigh to camera and headed for the door never assaulted no one and now I'm banned from talking or stepping foot on premises.Charged for repremandind my daughter and at same time I could hear wife phoning 911 so I left in car.
