I think I have a nice body shape to be a plus size girl. I don't want to loose the good features I have such as my breast, hips and thighs. I want to tone up in other places like my arms, stomach and back without losing my good features. My biggest concern is to have a flat stomach with a nice bigger butt. I was wondering what is the way to achieve that goal, to have a small waist, wide hips, flat stomach and bigger butt. In other words I want that hour glass figure.
