Should I bring a cleaning proposol to the fist meeting

Don't know what type of first meeting is it, many "first" meetings is merely a fact finding where you ask them about what is to be cleaned, how it is to be cleaned, who supplies what and so on.

What research has been done, is there a bid contract that is offered already
