Can you prove you are a better parent?
I as the father filling for full Custody decided to come to an agreement with the mother of my son. Not only is not abiding by the rules but she finds any reason to make it difficult for me to have a relationship with him. Now that we have 50% custody she is upset because I'm getting married. I want full custody because I have a better inviroment for my son. SHe has no job, no car and don't even go to school. Im concern about my son's condition of living with her.

It is not so much proving that you are a better parent.

You would have to convince a judge she is not a good parent

Not having a car or going to school does not make her unfit as a parent.

If she can provide for him financially, then you really have no cause to try to take him from her.

You will need to petition the court for full custody.

If she is violating the court order ,you need to inform the court.
