Well I am now nearly 2 weeks late, I have been spotting which I have near done. I have a history with missing my period. I have been on fertimed for 3 months now. I've got heartburn, Im tired all the time. Plus I took a test and it was negative... PLEASE HELP

Heartburn is usually something that occurs at the end of pregnancy when the fetus is pushing against your diaphragm.Not common in early pregnancy.Being tired is common while one is menstruating.

Wait until you have actually missed a period by one week and then take a HPT with your first mornings urine.

You have been receiving fertility treatments? If so, are you being monitored? Since you have a history of missing periods, you will either need to keep testing periodically or maybe wait and see if your period shows up next month. If not, or if you continue to feel possible pregnancy symptoms, see your doctor. Maybe the spotting is just your period starting... maybe it is due to pregnancy... could be just an off cycle with hormone fluctuations.
