My AMANA side by side refrigerator has an ice maker and water dispenser and the water that is dispensed is always warm now, even after not using it for a long time. It still makes ice normally, but the water is always warm. Can anyone help us figure out what is wrong and how to fix it?

Question for you... is the unit warm to the touch on the outside? Still works but feels warm outside on front?

If so, maybe you should make sure there is nothing covering the bottom where the cooling rad is.

If the door is warm maybe the water reservoir can't keep the water cool enough before use.
