I move my dryer the other day and since then it doesn't spin or it'll spin for a minute then stop. After that it won't start at all. Did I knock something out of place when I moved it? Is there anything I can do to get it working again. It is an old Whirlpool dryer that I got from my brother 6 years ago and it's been very loud the past year but I can't afford to buy a new one.

Remove the back and check the belt. It may have slipped off or broken. They are easy to replace. Unplug power cord first.
