    Our story
Last year I with the friend have arrived to Canada as tourists. We had a visa on half a year. We went across Canada, got acquainted with it as further expected to live in Canada, in our favourite Toronto.
So it has turned out. the visa, and also money came to an end, and we have made store theft for 100 dollars. Us have caught, there has arrived police. Us have released, but we have signed the document that in a month we undertake to come in court, and also to arrive to a police station and to hand over fingerprints.
We thought fairly to answer before the law. Yes, чо that we have stolen 100 dollars, we have returned . But the visa came to an end, money came to an end. We were afraid that after term of the visa us will arrest. In general, we have left to our counry. Very much we are sorry. We wish to return, be responsible for a criminal conduct. What for us waits? We never stole, we wish to return the reputation, we wish to answer under the law. Very much we love Canada.
Yours faithfully Alexander and Ella. Help, please. Council. We wish to employ the lawyer.

I'm guessing that English is not your first language. From what I can gather, your visa ran out, you money ran out , and you did not prepare for this. That is the first mistake. You committed theft in the country in which you were a visitor. 2nd mistake. I don't think they are going to want you back. What was your punishment for the theft? I think you should be thankful that you are not sitting in jail. My daughter is immigrating to Canada and she is going through the long, painful, elaborate process of becoming a "permanent resident" of Canada. I don't know what to tell you other than learn from this and always do what is right.

    AK lawyer
Contact a Canadian attorney to attend the scheduled court appearance and explain to the court that you were compelled to leave the country because your visa had expired. It may be possible that you attend by telephone. Hopefully, since you paid back the stolen money, the charges will be dropped, which would be important when you seek another visa with which to return some day.
