Hi All,
I am new to this site... and I need help! (PLEASE)

Here is my issue: I attempted to download images from my dig cam the other day... the PC no longer recongises it. Driver has disappeared. Tried to install it from the Sony cd rom given to me with the cam. Does it, but PC still doesn't recognise the cam. Went into Control Panel/System and Hardware and when the cam is plugged in I get the yellow question mark on the USB 2.0
Port. Funnily enough everything else (web cam, mp3 uploads) work perfectly. I've tried to have windows look for a driver also but it says it can't find one suitable. Do you have any ideas of what to do next. I uploaded pics not long ago to no avail, now the program can't find a source and the driver is hiding.

Any suggestions? :)

Right click on the USB2 with the question mark and click update driver, choose to pick the driver yourself and it may give you a short list of drivers including the one you want for your camera. If its not there choose have disk and point to the driver on your cd, this will be a file with a INF extension.
