Well I had credit card bills in 2004 and I am judjement proof meaning I can't pay because I have no source of income on ssi disability payments and I recently received a letter of execution from the marshalls stating I needed to pay 3463.38 or else they could come and garnish my furniture CAN THEY DO THAT?

Certain personal property is exempt from seizure, but they can get anything that isn't on the list for your state. But, they probably won't take your furniture. It will cause them more trouble than it's worth.
