I have the a Sears gas furnace model # 867.767730. I am unable to find the filter. Is there an on-line manual I can download or can someone tell me where the filter is?

The installer picked the many places the filter could be placed
Did you check inside the furnace ,in the neighborhood of where the return vent ties in to the furnace?
Sometimes there is a slot in the return for te filter,, or inside the return grill/vent in the living quarters of the home
I hope it hasn`t been a real long time that you`ve not known where the filter is
Needs to be checked and changed very frequantly,, to insure a clean and healthy sustem

Furnaces have a place for a filter in the bottom of it before the blower but most hvac companies will take it out and filter at the return air grill in the:wall,ceiling or floor.
