    Missing 401k
How do I find my 401k contributions? I lived in the states for four years (I now live in Sydney), approximately 10 yrs ago. I worked for three companies while I was there, two as a contractor via an agency. I don't recall the name of the agency. I still have my SS no. Is there a way that I can track own my contributions? Thanks

Contact the companies you worked for. If you can't remember the name of the agency then contact your plan administrator such as merrill lynch or paine weber, etc... if you can't remember anything, then you may be out of luck.

You will have to contact the companies that you were paying the retirement plan though

Since a contractor does not have a 401, you must have been an employee of the agency, you will have to contact them
