Hi guys .I have chevy cavalier 1996 ,my probleme is the horn .imean the horn doesn't work in my car ,but I was checking every thing in side like really and fuse and when I click on steering .I heard voice like click .so can you help me about this probleme

It sounds like most of the circuit is good (you hear a click when you hit the horn button, meaning the horn relay is closing) but the horn isn't working.
The horn on your car is located behind the right side headlight up behind the bumper.
