I'm 15 and I'm in good health. I exercise 5 -6 days a week I don't drink pop. Sometimes I eat unhealthy. I'm not too stressed, but I get sick at lest once sometimes twice a month and I don't know why or what I can do. Any advice please:confused:

Have you tried taking a vitamin daily?
What kind of 'sick'?
