I am currently in the US. I have arrived in US on Oct 2008 and leaving for India on June 09. I have 8000 USD. I want to take the money to India. My question is that whether I need to pay tax on this money in India? I have already paid tax on my US Income in US in 2008 and will also like 2009 return.
