What can I do about this?
Can my child's father reduce his child support? He has gotten laidoff of his job 5 months and he claims that he can't find a job. But he is doing old jobs of some sort and he is also a massage therapist making cash on the side, that can't be tracked easily. I believe he is trying to get out of paying what he is suppose to pay. What can I do about that?

First, may I caution you to pay more attention to the rules for using this site. You posted this in the Forum Help forum which is clearly marked as ONLY for questions about using this site. To get to that forum you had to scroll past all the other foums including Family Law where your question belongs.

You are in a bit of a pickle. If he can show reduced income, he may be able to get a modification of the support. You will have to prove he is hiding income.

If he can prove a reduction in wages or funds he may be able to get a modification on a temporary to full time basis. So your answer is yes if he has had changes then he can seek a modification and more then likely so long as its reasonable it will be granted either temporary or permanent.
